Yesterday I booked a ride with zTrip for today. i am a below knee amputee and my ride options are limited. So. I requested a ride thinking I would be able to get to work in a timely fashion. Instead, I just kept getting the looking for drivers message all the way up to twenty minutes before I needed to be at work. I just wanted to vent about how awful a service you’re providing. How about preparing their drivers for people who book a ride in advance.
