In December 2021 I had some technical I discontinued my account and asked for my refund. Now I have to think of another form of setting up video live with family and business purposes. I just don’t think it’s fair that I got the run around for so long. Especially when you’re paying your money. This was one unhappy customer. It’s no reason I have 66 email messages from zoom trying to fix the situation.
