I called Legal Zoom on 12/1/2020 to inquire about setting up an LLC. I informed the service rep that I did not want to start my business until next year and she informed me that I could enter all of the information now and choose the 3 month payment plan as she was putting the order on hold. She walked me through the process and ensured me that the order would not be processed until I was ready to move forward. Shortly after I received notification that the order had been processed and filed with the state without my approval. I called Legal Zoom to inform them of the error on 12/7/2020. At that time I was told that my order # LLC Order, could not be located in their system. Since then I have reached out several times for a resolution of this matter. I was told that the system error on their end has been resolved and they have located my order but the erroneous filing has not been canceled.
