Submitted a request for posting a listing on the website two weeks ago. It states that you will receive a call within 72 hours regarding your listing. This has not occurred. After reaching out via the online submission form twice, 4 voicemails with the company and messaging the company on social media still NO response. This is unacceptable. It is quite funny how last year when I was looking for homes and requesting information about a particular home Zillow called multiple times a day and emailed me to try to sell me the properties. Why provide a free listing service if you can’t complete and follow-up with said listings. This company needs to work on the customer service and not just the money generation.
