Zara — Arrogant staff and Messy pricing information

My wife and I bought a WOOL BLEND HIGH COLLAR COAT at this store today (2022-12-17) as a Christmas gift for my daughter but the whole experience was quite disturbing. We found the price tag saying it’s $199, then I asked the staff nearby (a very nice girl) if any promotion applies. She scanned the bar code and SHOWED me on her device that the price is reduced to $129.99 and she said it’s a great deal. When I checked it out at the counter, the cashier told me it’s $199 and she didn’t believe what I explained (what she said made me feel like I lied to her). So I found the previous girl who scanned the coat for me and brought her to the counter. The cashier checked her device and scanned it again and found it did show $129.99. Then they went to a room with the door closed. Several minutes later, they came back with a black woman (seems like the supervisor there) and the black woman arrogantly said it’s never been $129.99, like I lied to them. Nobody explained to us why there’s a price discrepancy, even nobody said sorry about it, just let me take it or leave it. My wife and I were very irate but we don’t have time to shop other places to find the gift for my daughter (as she will be back home in 2 days from colleague) so we took it (see the attached receipt). Arrogantly, the black woman wrote down her employee number 18664 to me. I just don’t understand why they treated customers like this way, very sad and that totally ruined our day! It’s fair to request an apology from ZARA and give me back the $70 difference I have paid.
