Yale Locks & Hardware — No longer willing to replace the lock parts

I purchased a yale lock with homekit module on October 24 of last year. The lock started Experiencing symptoms of a known and very common issue within the warranty range. I did some troubleshooting steps and I am now just barely out of the warranty range and have called for replacement. Even though it is a common issue and yale almost certainly knows about the issue because it is complained about on the Internet and in top reviews, because I have now jumped out of my warranty range after doing the troubleshooting Yale is no longer willing to replace the lock parts. I have called the company multiple times and have sent multiple emails to try to get my lock fixed and so far have been told I will be placed on a call list for a manager. They are otherwise unwilling to do anything about it. The last time I called I told them I would not be getting off the phone until my problem was solved and the customer service agent ultimately decided to end the call anyways. I am extremely unsatisfied with this transaction which seems like a scam due to the very nature of the issue being so common and known as they continue to sell the faulty product which seems to start malfunctioning right around when the warranty period ends. In this case while I wait to see if the manager ever does call me I decided to file a complaint with you, a move I already made them aware of while I was on phone with them last. Thank you kindly for your time.
