Yahoo — Account disabled

I’ve tried to get customer service at Yahoo to respond and help get my account back online. I have had it for 15 years. It has been over a eeek and they hang up after I explain the situation. Their response is to do an online chat but never seem to respond, or they fade away from the chat. I am a senior citizen but nobody wants to help. Very frustrating as I need my email accounts addresses. Hey Yahoo to open my account
