Xfinity — Disreputable conduct

History- long-time satisfied customer Now- I lost a file folder on my comcast.com account I was told to log on to xfinity to recover my file.I tried close to 10 times to log on, but because my payment was past due. Finally I got to the billing screen, I was directed to pay 0.00 from my bank account which was impossible for me to do because they didn’t accept either my debit card or my bank account and they didn’t tell me how much I owe.

1) Tell me how much I owe so I can receive xfinity services in good standing
2) It’s clear that Xfinity has a large footprint on today’s economy, and I am just one customer. I think they might want to think about David and his slingshot which triumphed over Goliath.
3) Fix the navigation system for customers to make it transparent and straightforward
