Texted store told of the mistake got a voicemail from store manager apologizing and said I was granted a freebie sandwich ordered was chicken Parmesan but got a Philly steak! The manager was sweet and extremely polite name was Britney I think i an hard of hearing problem is I can’t get anyone online to grant me my sandwich, I would prefer a chicken Parmesan I am a faithful customer who orders at least 5. times f, not more. a month. All I want is the sandwich I ordered and paid for! Also cant get my pizza points calibrated for some reason thank you for your time. Give me my sandwich or refund me my money simply isn’t it?
