Kitchen installed December 2021 – problem with dishwasher since 6 June 2022 – still not resolved – problem due to faulty installation. They have sent out 2 people to look both of whom filed reports and asked them to order spare parts. Wren said they never got reports. Reports sent 3 times. Finally sent out one of the spare parts needed but now say we have to pay for the second. Nobody will come and fix it and trying to get help is like talking to a brick wall. They take weeks to answer emails, you have to wait an hour to speak to somebody on the phone then start reinventing the wheel again. Their departments obviously don’t speak to each other. In absolute despair here. They should supply the spare parts and come out and fix it pronto and apologise for their appalling customer service
