My system was installed less than a month ago. The first time is rained, I had water running back out from the window drain at the floor. I called for emergency service and when someone was finally available to come out, after repeatedly calling and virtually demanding service, the service technician recommended that all 4 window drains be reinstalled. So, there was definitely an issue from the install. Now it has rained several times and each time I’m getting water in my basement and still haven’t gotten someone on site to fix the issue. There’s always an excuse as to why my service can’t be completed. It’s always 2 weeks before someone can get out for “emergency service.” After repeatedly complaining, they agreed to send someone out the following weekend. He didn’t show at the scheduled time or at all that day. He didn’t seem to be sure of what he was supposed to repair or even come over for. I would not have to call and complain if the job was completed properly the first time.
