This company sells a software product called Wondershare Recoverit. It claims to recover accidentally deleted data from flash drives and other digital data storage devices. The product was purchased for $119.00 The product did not work as advertised, so I initiated a return a few minutes after the purchase. After waiting about an hour, an anonymous chat person appeared. They have no customer support by phone. The chat person denied sharing his or his or her name. The product did not work as advertised, and their return policy was not honored. I am requesting a refund of $119 to the account used for the purchase.
