I bought an asset using the same cardi usually did, when I tried to withdraw then they suddenly suspend my withdrawing features they say it is at risk, though I’m withdrawing it to the same acct ID I used last time that was successful, so I don’t understand why they say my account was at risk, ok then I file for an appeal the thing us they say it will take days before they can review, as you know crypto assets operates 247 and price action is unpredictable, now my coin price is getting low value but I can’t do anything because they are holding my own assets, it’s ok if they will compensate the loss from the time they hold my assets. appealing should be within hours only for the prices action is unpredictable
