Trying to return poor quality merchandise they keep responding to my complaint with will get back to you in two or three days then they send me a survey? Asking has my complaint has been resolved? I go back to the website and redo the initial complaint, only to get a survey of has my issue has been resolved A total bunch of bullshit!
