Wish — I want my money back

I ordered items from wish in January February. They told me that the items has been delayed. I have been waiting for my purchases and I have not receive them. I contacted Wish on Numerous occasions requesting a refund of the items since I have not received it. They are telling me that they are not able to offer me a refund because 30 days has passed. I was not aware that I have 30 days when they emailed me after the 30 days that two of the items have been delayed. The third item was for pickup but no one informed me that the item was ready for pickup. All I want from WISH is to refund my account. I have been arguing and fighting with them for Months for a refund. If you ordered something and it no longer available, just give me my money back and that it. They keeps on sending me information to contact their customer services for a refund. What it really is, is someone to tell you that will not be getting a refund because there is a time frame in which to apply for one. They owe me $213.20 American Dollars. I need it because I’m on disability benefits. For Wish to return my money back and we will have no more problems.
