I am writing to you to raise an issue about Online shopping. The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered Coco Chanel perfume but when I was delivered it was obviously fake and counterfeit. The seller will not refund my money and now wants it returned. However I’m in the UK and they are in Turkey, the postage is more than the value of the item. It’s fake and just pink water in a fake bottle. I have taken it to 3 retailers in the UK who have all ed it’s very fake. It is a bottle of pink water. It occurred in: 19082021 refunds all money £63.46
