Wish — DEFECTIVE 2 tb HARDDRIVE….

On Tuesday March 23rd, 2021 I bought an EXTERNAL HARDRIVE 2 TB. I used it very confident in your product but I am very disappointed since unfortunately the ITEM DOES NOT WORK ANY MORE. I had to format several times it and I lost all the very important DOCUMENTS stored, plus the time I invested. I know I got it in March but I refuse to accept that your product is only useful for such a short time. I AM YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER and I ask that the cost of what I spent be reimbursed. I’d been trying to CONTACT YOU FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WITHOUT SUCCESS. REPLACE OR REIMBURSE at once.
