Wise did not retrieve or refund my money for a double transaction taken at Heathrow Airport on the 31st of July 2022. I reported the error the same day. Wise did not ask for details before concluding with their investigation. It took over 6 weeks to investigate, only to be told I should be careful using machines that convert money. I had 1200 usd in my usd account and an additional 159 in my gbp account with wise . The cash machine at Heathrow give me 800 usd . This was taken out of my usd account at Heathrow Terminal 2 . When I checked my wise account while waiting to board my flight. The company cleared the 159 out of my gbp account as well . Wise sent an email stating they are closing the dispute. They did not advise about my 159.42 pounds cleared from my account . Attached is the transaction history from Wise. Reimburse the money cleared from my account by retrieving it from the company
