I happen to love wingstop but the customer service is so awful I decided your company is not worth my time or money. I have ordered naked wings with just the seasonings several times. When I called the lady answered the phone and said that they were too busy to put in my order. Really. Are you in business to make profits or too **** customers off. What is so hard about just sprinkling seasoning on some overpriced wings. I have overlooked other rude employees and bad customer service from this location as well as others like Yale and Harrisburg in Houston. I am not sure what is going on with your employee. Is it internal and they lack motivation? Well I decided tonight I am breaking up with wingstop. I am tired of being treated like I am a burden whenever I patronize your restaurant. A lot of my friends and family have said they do not care for your establishment and I can definitely see why. Im You need to employ or train your current employees to act like they care about the company that hired them, their jobs and the customers that patronize your business. Maybe you need to invest in hiring better managers in your stores instead of inexperienced kids for starters. There are plenty of college educated students with degrees in business just coming out of college who would love a job like this for experience. I am sure your company would thrive even more with innovative managers who knows how to manage and motivate their employees instead of them trying to manage their peers. I saw an employee actually argue and cuss out a customer about a month ago and she is still working there with same nasty attitude. Train your people and give them incentives to want to be a part of your organization and who will go above and beyond to make your company great.
