I wrote in a few weeks ago hoping that this will help speed along with a refund, and it has not worked. I am writing this final complaint about my attorney as proof as I have done everything possible to retrieve a full refund of $991.37 for the two windows I have paid for in full on 2/3/20. I have not heard anything and will want to spread this information around so that this goes through the correct avenues. I do not believe they should be business, I have been waiting for windows, and I haven’t received any emails or any calls.
