Purchased a parrot from this business and it was never delivered. On 6/11/2019 I purchased a young female African Grey parrot for $900. from this business. On 6/14/2019 I received a text stating he just left the delivery agency & registered the bird for shipping & he would forward the tracking info. On 6/14 I got an email from Diamond Air shipping stating my order was on hold. I contacted Will and said I wanted a refund since I didn’t get my bird and he said he would check with the shipping company. I got another email from the shipping company that I needed to rent a special temperature-controlled crate for transporting and the money is 100% refundable upon delivery. So I sent them the $1050. Then I get another email on 6/20 with a document supposedly from the Aviation Commission showing that I need to purchase insurance for the bird at a 100% refundable amount 0f $850. So I contact Will and tell him I don’t have that money to send them, he tells me if I send them $500. he will send them $350. and I can send it back to him when they refund it to me. I took him to be a kind man. So I sent them $500. I then even got an email from the shipping company telling me delivery would be on 6/22 at 5:45 pm. When no delivery was made I contacted the shipping company but of course I have not heard anything from them, so I tried to contact Will and I haven’t heard another word from him. Now I know I was scammed by him and I am out a total of $2050.00. Money that I saved for a long time and now I have nothing.I have all the receipts, emails, and texts to prove this claim is true and accurate.
