WiBargain — I still have not received my my stuff I order

Placed an order on July 10, 2021. Gave them AMPLE time to send the box, and actually did receive other orders I had placed, but this one they would not send. It is now February 7, 2022, and I still have not received my box. I have asked to replace the box with another, saying just put another box in the mail, I don’t even care what it is, just send me something for my money, and they sent me to a refund request page. Of course, the page no longer exists, so I can’t even do that. I’ve requested a refund via email and have received radio silence. My patience and hope for companies to be truthful have likely caused me to miss out on requesting a cancellation through my bank as well, since it’s been so long.
