I have continued to have issues with my food orders being incorrect. I have addressed with the manager on duty but all they say we are sorry, but nothing changes. The drive through lines are always very slow. Correct the errors in your stores. I have been a Whataburger customer for over 60 years and I have never seen the decline we do now. Don’t blame Covid, other stores are delivering great service and food. I travel all over Texas and the stores located in Rockwall (1070 I 30), Terrell,TX-Moore ave, Mesquite,TX ( Beltline rd.) are by far the worst. The stores in Sulpher Spring, TX , Mineola,TX, Paris ,TX, and Forney,TX–GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD!!. The employees seems act like they enjoy their job. That makes a difference and the out come.
