I had 1 item missing from my order that i placed on Westside stores website. I have contacted them multiple times and all i get in reply is that complaint has been to some other department. No one is helping in resolving the issue either by refunding the missing item amount or send the missing item . I have attached copy of the bill and the missing item in this is item no [Protected]/640411 of amount 1299 INR. Bill no is 03PUE00000010167 dated [Protected]. I have attached copy of bill with item highlighted in yellow which is missing from the order. The remaining items were delivered but the highlighted item was missing from delivery package. And same was informed to west-side stores immediately but no resolution has been made and its over 1 month now since i have made multiple contact to company to get the issue resolved. Please look into this and help me get my money back and finish the mental trauma they have caused with there irresponsible customer service. I would also like to take them to court if the issue is not resolved through this medium. And will charge them with mental harassment apart from the refund amount that they need to Pay.
