West Elm — Terrible customer service and product service

On 1-11-23, I called to inquire about an order that the delivery was delayed for 2-3 weeks. The customer service representative suggested I just cancel it. She gave no other options to mitigate the delivery process expect to cancel. The customer service rep would not answer my question only telling me to Google it…I want a discount!
