Wendys — Food and service

I ordered the 4 for 4 bacon cheese. My husband got the baconator combo with 2 sides of cheese for fries. We get out food and not only didn’t we get the cheese we paid for but my cheeseburger had no cheese. Tale it back to the guy lying to the other employees claiming we requested none even tho we paid 1.00 for the extra sides. Asked for a remake was told no and he literally threw 2 singles on a napkin. No gloves nothing. Had to argue to get the side of cheeses because he wanted to recharge me for the cheese that went on the sandwich. Then we sat and listened to him make fun of us imitating us in a very cruel way saying wheres my cheese guys were. Called us retarded and pathetic and claimed maybe I should worry about looking decent and not cheese. I then approached and asked for a manager and was them asked to get the **** out and take my cheese with me. I asked for a refund and was bluntly ignored as they continued to make fun again.I have ALS yes sometimes I walk funny and sometimes my speech gets blurry but to make fun of me and then not do your job.. I have tried 3 times to speak to a manager or owner. I’m half tempted to file a lawsuit A full refund of the exact total of 23.76 A formal and sincere apology and him not having a job would work. Bc this has mentally hurt
