I didn’t receive my bill in the mail from may through September.I contacted water service co. to ask about my bill and was told the amount,I explained to them I was on disability and would start making payments on the 3rd of September(which I did)Made another payment on Oct.3rd,in the middle of the month I received a call telling me to pay up by the 23rd or get disconnected! then they also sent a notice which they expect me to pay $30.00 for, in addition every bill a person gets has an automatic $15.00 late fee on it,get your bill and its late taking it out of the mailbox.this company has some very shady business practices that someone needs to take a good hard look at!!
