Walmart — Thieves running wild

I don’t understand since I worked at walmart seen the thieves fo thier best work while at ours. Through our rules we could do nothing. And a friend that still works there says it still happened . Prices going up that’s the deal. I’m unhappy there are not able to have more umployees allowed to video on thier cellphones some of the stuff. As a deterant. Have all employees carry a walk talky and cellphone. Not to talk to thier friends..to be vigilant..it’s thier 401k that us being effected with theft. Change your policy they wouldn’t have to even enter act with the thief. You could also engage with a reform thief and they could help you be more in tune with how they manover. Things out of there. If like in Florida they are doing smash and grabs…hire ex law enforcement to be at the stores in trouble to be seen…
