on August 8, 2022 i drove 30 miles to get oil changed i checked auto bays before going into the store. There were two cars in four bay stall, went in and asked for oil change i was told 2 12 hours. I asked and one car having oil change which should take 20-30 min, the other oil change and tire rotation. I said doesnt oil change take about 30 minutes? I left after being tol 2 and half hours was in store and shopped for 45 minutes, i drove around and looked only one vehicle and three walmart auto people standing outside talking and having a good time while all stalls but one were empty. It was absolutely a lie if they dont want to work in afternoon then shut it down and change hours. no idea unless they manage auto dept better, this has happened to many people i know
