Vinted — Vinted paid Buyer even though item not received

Order placed with customer called ponmonuu for chunky knit cardigan on 231 23 got message saying shipped no tracking information given on 3223 contacted seller to say not arrived again on the 4223 again on 8223 to say not arrived then on the 9223 Vinted has put up delivered nowhere to state hasn’t during this time from first message sent to buyer have emailed Vinted to inform of problem but no help have asked Vinted how it can be delivered as no tracking information was ever given but I had requested this from seller but they ignored request I keep asking Vinted how they can mark delivered when no tracking information was given but they also will not give straight answer they say they can do nothing as they have paid seller surely this is not right also asked how to make formal complaint this also ignored–I want my money refunded as item NEVER arrived
