Vinted — Accused of being a reseller terrible customer service

I’ve been using Vinted with no problems for a few months now, I’m an impulse buyer and have been using the app to declutter. I received a message from Vinted today to say they had deleted 11 of my items as they are all in either newlike new condition and because of this I must be a reseller. I got in touch with them to explain why the items I’m selling are rarely in pre-owned condition and they told me I have to delete any other newlike new items from my account within the next 5 days otherwise they’ll be banning my account. All the time I spent listing those items has now been lost and their customer service is absolutely appalling. Vinted need to re-evaluate a lot of their terms and conditions – reading a lot of other users reviews, it sounds like they don’t stick to what they’ve written half the time and will only do so when it suits them.
