Victors Taco Shop — Refused to refund of $11.96

The manager refused a refund of $11.96 and profiled me by stating that I was like other customers who want free food. On 10/14/2020 I visited the restaurant through the drive-thru and ordered 4 tacos with w/meat and cheese only. I also requested extra cheese on the tacos. The tacos were greasy and the extra cheese was on the side in a cup. The meat was gross and clumpy in the taco shells. When I called the restaurant and complained the manager acted like he didn’t care and told me I had to come back with all the food. Explained to the manager that I don’t live in the area and refuse to hold onto food until I visit again. The manager told me that I’m just like the other customers who want free food. He basically accused me of lying and refused to help. I requested a refund and was told no. Nowhere on the receipt or no signs on the building stating refund policy. The manager profiled me by putting me in the category of customers wanting free food. The food was disappointing and gross. I’m not gonna pay for something that I wasn’t able to enjoy and eat.
