This business is clearly not in the US but I had requested to cancel my order that was placed on Aug. 11 due to it, not processing. I emailed the company because that was the only contact information available and went back ad forth multiple times to get my refund. I wrote a negative review about their customer service and received an email stating that they would give me a full refund once I removed my review.
