U.S. Beef sold some beef to me. The hamburger was nothing but fat and had no taste to it. The steaks were full of fat and grissel (sp?). I was told everything was guaranteed. I even have their “flyer” with the 100% satisfaction guarantee printed on it. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company. Their voicemail indicates all employees are servicing other customers but your call is very important. Leave a brief message and your call will be answered by the close of the next business day. I have never been contacted after leaving multiple messages. I bought three beef packages…over $425.00. I was going to give two of the packages as Christmas gifts to relatives. Please help me! Do I need to contact our attorney? They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I believed I could trust this claim…especially since it was part of their advertisement and sales pitch. Since I cannot even get a call back from the company, I would like my money back and I will return all the beef.
