UPS — Driver fails to follow delivery instructions

I signed up with UPS My Choice and in that app you can designated the delivery point you want your packages left at. One option is “Garage”, which selected and provided the code to open the garage door. Reason for selecting this option was due to extremely high package thefts in my area. For several years the driver did as requested, then about a year ago stopped and puts them anywhere ***** wants. Often not hidden from street view and not out of inclement weather. I did a print screen of the option in UPS My Choice showing garage as a delivery point option. Recently I filed a Corporate complaint only to be told that Corporate supports the individual operations decisions to comply or not. I couldn’t believe that they offer something on the Web under their app only to be told it up to the individual centers to comply. How can a Corporation post such a service only to have it declined without notice or explanation? Either correct your app or direct the local operations to honor what you offer
