I order an item online. This item was shipped by UPS. I never got my package. The proof of delivery from UPS said “met customer woman”. I filed a claim. The claim came back and said they found the package was delivered. It was not. The report UPS sent me gave a name of the person it was delivered to. The name was me, nor any family member. The address wasn’t any address I know. They report said that the recipient’s phone number was my phone number. I can not get any help. There is no phone numbers to talk to any person. I checked the claim this morning and it states it is closed.
