We hired this company to waterproof basement after high pressure salesperson contacted us. Basement still wet, job not done properly, still leaking. We hired the company UltraDry basement waterproofing on December 22, 2013 to waterproof our basement. They came out the year before for a free estimate. They called us several times within in 2 days and offered us payment ($900) for some credit card bills because I refused to have the work done due to financial situation. They persisted and offered to pay off two of our bills. (They have not done this and it’s been 27 days since they have finished the job. The contract stated that we will receive a an air purification system, which we did not receive due to the fact that they had none in stock. They promised we would have one in a week when it comes in we haven’t heard from them. We still have water coming from three walls where there was no water before. The concrete they laid over top is always wet because they did not put in a barrier like stated in the contract. We have been unsuccessful in contacting and resolving these issues. They do not return phone calls and now the phone is disconnected. We called the finance company that we believe is connected to Ultra dry and said we will stop all payments if we did not get this fixed. When Ultra Dry contacted my husband they stated that Tom walked out and gave other excuses to why we haven’t heard anything from the company. The issue remains unresolved.
