Made a reservation approximately 1 week prior to departure to Salt Lake City Airport on 7 Jan 22. Received an Uber conformation e-mail on 3 Jan 22. On day of departure Uber app kicked in to notify me of location check then driver on the way. 5 minutes past the designated departure time notified no drivers available. I again requested a driver who (after speaking to driver), happened to be in my vicinity. While the whole experience ended up successful the reservation failure has definitely changed my mind about using Uber in the future.
