I am a member of Uber one and placed an order with priority supposedly it was meant to be delivered in 10-15 miinutes and took 50 minutes. I tried to speak on the support chat and the agents were totally uninterested in resolving my issue. I asked for superior details and all they did was close my chat. I order food for my partner who works 12h Night Shift who hadn’t eaten all day, they did not deliver in time while he was in his break and when break is finished he cannot go outside. I have photos of the complete chat. I want my money back complete money back.
