Uber Eats — Unable to use the account continue to charge a monthly fee

I used over each frequently until about eight months ago. At that time I relinquish the phone number that I used to create the UberEats account. I discovered that I could no longer order under that account unless I received a code through the phone. Additionally, I was paying for a monthly pass. I am continually charged $10 per month although I cannot use the account.
