Uber Eats — Took my money for items that were missing

My food arrived but i noticed instantly 5 items were missing. I called the delivery driver straight away and he said he would let the restaurant know when he goes back. I don’t know if they driver stole my food or the restaurant forgot to add the items to my order as this is not the first time this has happened. I contacted uber support straight away and they replied saying according to their policies they wont be issuing me a refund, but its not the first time uber eats delivery service delivered my food with missing items. I told them again to send me refund cos my kids are hungry and they will go sleep hungry. They again refused so i got very angry and swore at them telling them they should be ashamed for robbing me of my hard earned money to feed my kids! Then after several emails back and forth, uber eats partially refunded my order, so i paid £28.67 for the full order and uber refunded me £22, meaning they kept £6. Little did i know that a day later, a scum lady called Aimee send me a message reinstating the charge of £28.67 which went straight to Uber eats (due to the agreement it has from paypal with uber eats) it was automatic, so basically, uber eats took my £6 including £28.67 on top!! I emailed them again on the uber eats app help section, asking for my money back cos it was partially refunded anyway so this charge was illegal as they took full payment all over again! Several emails were sent back to me by Aimee and scottt g who said i can do what i like but they wont be refunding me and now they would close the thread! The cheek of uber eats! I couldn’t find anyway of contacting management, so i contacted my back for a claim and told them how uber eats refunded me at first, and then fully charged me the full price of the order and on top took my £6 with the total payment of £34.67!! I will take this further, even if it means going to court and writing to uber eats head office. Its not about money, its about how they robbed me and my kids of their food and money and the unjust and unfair way they dealt with my complaint.
