Uber Eats — Terrible Customer Service and Promo Expires Without Expiry Dates

I inquired about a promo that supposedly expired and specifically why the expiry date was not included in the promotional email I received. After 15 minutes of jumping through hoops, I was told it just expired and there’s no more information they have or anything they can do. I offered to forward them the promotional emails and they didn’t want it. Then the customer service rep Rahul (no last name nor employee number because “privacy” duh) gave me a piece of his mind and told me to check the expiry date next time. But I reached out because it wasn’t available in the first place for me to check. Complaint escalation system is also very arbitrary. No case number or promise to get back to me with an update. The person must’ve said “rest assured I have submitted the documentation to the proper channel” like 8 times but I do not feel rest assured to not being able to follow up at all. Rest assured Uber will not receive a cent from me ever again. Offered the promo back. Simple as that.
