Uber Eats — Takeaway delivery not delivered

On Saturday 9th October 2021 I ordered a takeaway for the value of £21.52 from Dosa Sambal SE18 to be delivered to me. The food never arrived. When the app advised the driver was 1 minute away I went outside my property to wait for him Mr Augusto. I had 2 missed calls on my mobile phone but when I tried to call back my number had been blocked. The restaurant ed that my food was to be delivered to 120 Eglinton Road. I then received a delivery notification that the food was delivered to 106 Eglinton Road. The customer service team is refusing to accept liability for non-delivery and refuse to refund my money. They are no longer responding to my emails. Please refund my money asap. I am advised by my bank that I have to wait a full 15 days before I can log a payment dispute. Refund the money paid in full.
