On 9 2021 I ordered TGI Fridays dinner through UBEREATS delivery. The total before tip was $60.12. I added a $12 tip bringing the total to $72.12. When I checked our bank account the next day, it showed a UBEREATS charge for $132.12!! They changed the tip to $72! When I contacted UBEREATS, they tell me I only have 1 your after delivery to change the tip amount. And now there is nothing they can do. What?! They changed the tip amount- not me!! So now I have to try to dispute it with the bank but it was all done through the UBEREATS app so I have no receipts to submit to the bank. Very frustrating! Refund me the $60 overcharge difference or give me at least $60 credit to use on UBEREATS.
