Uber Eats — Order rejected because it does not meet my requirements

I ordered a pizza reporting in the notes that it was not to be sliced as it was not appreciated. I was delivered a pizza that was sliced and therefore not receivable. Next time should I expect a chewed and perhaps digested pizza?
I contacted the pizzeria and they denied seeing my message in the notes. I didn’t get my pizza, I didn’t get my dinner even though I paid for it, I was told by the pizzeria manager that his job was to slice the pizzas. I am flabbergasted and very bitter, I think I will not use your services in the future. The least I expect is that the amount of £8.99 will not be deducted from the credit card and perhaps an apology from the manager for his rude and impolite behavior and certainly not addressed and respectful of the customer.
