Ordered groceries from asda bloxwich on 28th september driver delivered order but items were missing, he informed me that was all asda gave him so i raised a complaint with uber and sent them picture of what was recieved, they replied they cant help, called asda they acknowledged a bag was remaining in store and that they would process the refund, more than a week later and no refund called asda again they said to take it up with Uber but Uber not willing to refund, its ridiculous, they are just passing the buck and stealing peoples money. Refund what was missing.
