Ordered from a restaurant. The food took long to get to me but ok. Then when arrived it was completely wrong, and the food was ice cold. I contacted them to let them know this is not the first time this has happened. They said no refund and hope it’ll be better next time…I just want my order refunded. Don’t even care if they keep the driver tip. I assume its not his fault
