Uber Eats — I want a refund as I did not receive the correct item through no fault of my own

I placed an order on Uber Eats today to a local noodle shop. The incorrect order was delivered. I rang the restaurant and told them the issue and they told me to complain via Uber eats and quote the name of the person I spoke to from the restaurant. The restaurant ed it was their mistake and are happy to verify this to Uber Eats but Uber Eats have been so unhelpful.
