I had a reservation for two passengers on three flights as a single reservation. Kayseri- Istanbul, Istanbul- Amman on 15 NOV and Amman – Istanbul on 20 NOv. I received an e mail telling me to accept a change in schedule for TK4617 on 20 NOV. I did. When I did , Turkish changed my Kayseri – Istanbul flight . This made me miss that flight. When I did, I immediately bought a new ticket on my original flight , in Business (502 usd) and boarded my second flight with no problem. When I wanted to book seats on the third flight, my reservation said ; Call the Call center. There is not enough information. I called twice on Nov 18, twice on Nov 19 for one hour and was told my booking was Open, it was fine and I would be able to check in at the airport because the system was blocked by the first flight I missed. At the airport : Royal Jordanian which operated the flight said there was a reservation but not a booking . That the booking appeared as cancelled by Turkish. I called Turkish, was told to do a feedback form, to wait. One hour before departure I bought new tickets 522 usd each , to not miss my flight Istanbul- Mexico. I was told by Turkish that since the flight was an RJ flight to take it up with them. They washed their hands. I bought my tickets from Turkish and all the debacle was caused by them .
