Used Turbo tax for 2018, and 2019. Needed a copy of 2018 return. Impossible, awful, to try and get help from this company. Finally was able to access 2018 return, and tried to print it out. 95 pages? Could not choose which part of the return I wanted.No wonder they don’t have email, or address, or a phone!
